Trade Policy definition

Trade Policy means Borrower’s policy with respect to damaged and/or expired products, as set forth in that certain “Santarus, Inc. Trade Policy” in effect (and as contemplated) as of the Closing Date, attached hereto as Annex I (and as amended from time to time, as approved by Bank).

Examples of Trade Policy in a sentence

  • The WTO shall administer the Trade Policy Review Mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the "TPRM") provided for in Annex 3 to this Agreement.

  • DST shall be liable for any Losses resulting from “as of” adjustments only to the extent provided for in the As Of Trade Policy.
