Trade Policy definition

Trade Policy means Borrower’s policy with respect to damaged and/or expired products, as set forth in that certain “Santarus, Inc. Trade Policy” in effect (and as contemplated) as of the Closing Date, attached hereto as Annex I (and as amended from time to time, as approved by Bank).

  • The WTO shall administer the Trade Policy Review Mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the "TPRM") provided for in Annex 3 to this Agreement.

  • Without derogating from the above, the Employee shall act in accordance with the Company’s policies, regulations and general instructions as shall be published and updated from time to time, including, but not limited to, the Company’s Sexual Harassment Policies, the Company’s Insider Trade Policy, the Company’s whistle blowing policy, the Company’s Ethic Code etc.

  • The Seller shall be solely responsible for filling all the required documents and obtaining the requisite permissions, certificates and approvals under the Customs ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, the applicable Foreign Trade Policy, SEBI, FERA and FEMA Guidelines, and all such associate and allied laws of India as are applicable in relation to the import of products of the seller.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Title Insurance Policy A title insurance policy maintained with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • Insurance Policy With respect to any Mortgage Loan included in the Trust Fund, any insurance policy, including all riders and endorsements thereto in effect, including any replacement policy or policies for any Insurance Policies.

  • R&W Policy means the buyer-side representation and warranty insurance policy as may be issued to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.
