Each Borrower shall provide the Bank with the original or copy of any document (including invoices and transport documents) relating to a Trade Transaction upon the Bank’s request.
Upon the Bank’s request, in connection with a Trade Transaction in which the Company is an importer, the Company shall deliver the Bank promissory notes in such form and substance as separately designated by the Bank prior to the fulfillment by the Bank of the BPO with respect to such Trade Transaction.

TO MISMATCH 1 When the Bank receives a report of an occurrence of a Data Match as a result of Data Comparison from TSU regarding the Trade Transaction in respect of which the Company is an exporter, the Bank shall notify the Company of its receipt of such report and its contents without delay.
If any circumstances (including, without limitation, risks related to the respective Trade, Transaction and/or service) emerge in respect of any Party that might have a material impact on the performance hereof, the affected Party shall promptly notify the other Party thereof by telephone and subsequently send it a written communication with detailed information about such circumstances to the mailing address specified above.
If one Party offers to the other Party a participation (on a funded or unfunded basis) in respect of a Trade Transaction under Clause 3 and the other Party accepts such Offer under Clause 4, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply to such participation (a "Participation").
Section 2 BPO Transaction BPO is a separate obligation from the relevant Trade Transaction which the Obligor Bank is obliged to pay the Payment Amount with respect to the Trade Transaction for which the Obligor Bank has issued a BPO to the Recipient Bank of such Trade Transaction pursuant to the terms and conditions of that BPO.
