Traders Trust. (henceforth "us", “our”, "we", or the “Company”) and “you”, as our client (henceforth “you”, “your” or, in general terms, the “client”), may hereinafter be referred to, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
Traders Trust or “we” or “our” or “us”, when used in the Agreement and/or any agreements by and between us, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean our Online Trading Facility and its operator, ‘TTCM Capital Markets Limited’, and any of its designated and permitted successors, assigns and those of its subsidiaries and affiliates that are identified further in this Agreement;

Traders Trust means the Website(s) xxx.xxxxxxx-xxxxx.xxx, he “Traders Trust Website(s)”) and their operator, “TTCM Traders Capital Limited”, a limited liability Company, incorporated in Bermuda under section 14 and 6/132C(1) of the Companies Act 1981, registered with the Registrar of Companies under Company number 54135 and with registered address 5th Floor, Xxxxxx’s Place, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx XX 00 Bermuda and any of its designated and permitted successors, assigns and those of its subsidiaries and affiliates that are identified further in this Agreement, and (b) the terms "you", “your” and "Business Intermediary" shall mean the individual or entity which applies for Business Intermediary Program membership and related Business Intermediary Commissions and/or payment(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Traders Trust and “Business Intermediary” are hereinafter referred to, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.

Related to Traders Trust

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Special needs trust means a trust the trustee believes would not be considered a resource for purposes of determining whether a beneficiary with a disability is eligible for governmental benefits.

  • Income trust means a trust that is not a unitrust.

  • the Eileen Trust means the charitable trust of that name established on 29th March 1993 out of funds provided by the Secretary of State for the benefit of persons eligible for payment in accordance with its provisions;

  • Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • CDO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”
