In providing such information, the Trading Advisor may take such steps as are necessary to assure the confidentiality of the Trading Advisor's clients' identities.
However, the parties agree that DWR, and not the Trading Advisors, shall have the authority and responsibility with regard to the investment, maintenance, and management of the Customer's assets that are held in segregated or secured accounts, as provided in Section 7 hereof.

In placing trades for the Partnership's account, the Trading Advisor agrees that it shall use its standard procedures for allocating orders among the Trading Advisor's various accounts and not knowingly favor any other such account over the Partnership's account.
If the sum of subparagraphs (A) through (D) for any period is negative, such amount shall be the Trading Advisor's carryforward loss for the next period.
This representation and warranty shall not, however, apply to any statement or omission in the Memorandum made in reliance upon and in conformity with information relating to the Trading Advisors and furnished or approved in writing by the Trading Advisors; it being acknowledged that each of the Trading Advisors have approved the information relating to such party or its principals, as set forth in the Memorandum.
In performing services to the Partnership the Trading Advisor may not materially alter the trading program(s) used by the Trading Advisor in investing and reinvesting its allocable share of the Partnership's Net Assets in futures interests as described in the Prospectus without the prior written consent of the General Partner, it being understood that changes in the futures interests traded shall not be deemed an alteration in the Trading Advisor's trading program(s).
