Trading Cashflow means, for any period, the Consolidated Profit during such period but after deducting all amounts of capital expenditure by any member of the Group as all such terms are defined in accordance with GAAP (applied consistently with the accounting principles of the Obligors as at today's date) and all as determined from the most recent consolidated monthly management accounts of the Company delivered to Burdale pursuant to Clause 14.1(b).
