Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.
Trading Member means a Person who has been approved by Nadex to trade directly and not through a FCM Member on the Market, and does not include any FCM Member.
trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;
Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.
Trading Affiliate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(h).
Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.
Trading Partner means any external computer interoperating with a Licensed Component through one or more protocols, one or more networks, or one or more adapters;
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Trading Compliance Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.
Trading Plan The meaning specified in Section 12.2(c).
Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.
Trading Period has the meaning set out in the TSC;
Trading Rules means the Rules and Regulations of the Exchange prescribed by the Stock Exchange from time to time; and
Trading and Settlement Code or “TSC” means the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code or any replacement thereof which sets out the rules for trading in electricity and settling energy imbalances and the responsibilities of parties to the code;
Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.
BlackRock means persons controlling, controlled by or under common control with BlackRock, Inc. that act as investment adviser and subadviser to the Funds.
Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.
Trading Disruption means any suspension of or limitation imposed on trading by the Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise and whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise (i) relating to the Share on the Exchange or (ii) in futures or options contracts relating to the Share on any Related Exchange.
Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.
Internal Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for ultimate consumption by end-users inside the PJM Region that are served by Network Transmission Service.
Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.
Marketplace seller means a seller that makes one or more retail sales through a marketplace that a marketplace facilitator owns, operates, or controls, regardless of whether the seller is required to be registered to collect and remit the tax under this part.
Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).
National Securities Exchange means an exchange registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) of the Exchange Act or any successor thereto.
Stock Market means a securities market operated by a securities exchange;
Joint Trading Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
