Trading Contracts definition

Trading Contracts has the meaning as set forth in Section 6.5.2(f).
Trading Contracts means, subject to Sections 2.6 and 7.1(b), those transactions and/or master trading agreements evidenced by written Contracts (i.e., not including any oral agreement or other undocumented transaction), including any Interbook Trades (whether or not documented on agreement such as the ISDA Master Agreement, WSPP Master Agreement, or EEI Master Agreement), to which the Seller is a party and that are identified on Schedule 2.1(a)(ii)(A) (Master Agreements), Schedule 2.1(a)(ii)(B) (Trading Contracts), and Schedule 2.1(a)(ii)(C) (Interbook Trades); provided, however, that, notwithstanding anything else to the contrary herein, “Trading Contract” shall for all purposes hereunder only refer to the rights and Liabilities under such Contracts to the extent relating to or constituting a Counterpart Trading Contract and not to any other rights or Liabilities under such Contracts. Trading Contracts means, other than Customer Contracts, any forward, futures, option, swap, hedge, collar, cap, floor or similar Contract regarding electricity or natural gas, and any other derivative instrument, Contract, confirmation or arrangement based thereon or on any related indices, regardless of whether such instrument, Contract or arrangement provides for or results in physical delivery of the commodity or cash settlement. Trading Contracts shall include instruments, Contracts and arrangements for the forward delivery of physical output of assets and physical supply obligations, and for emissions credits and renewable energy credits.

More Definitions of Trading Contracts

Trading Contracts means, with respect to a Transaction, all Master Agreements, confirmations, Transaction Credit Support documents, Supporting Obligations, schedules, credit support annexes, cover sheets, master netting agreements, master collateral agreements or similar or related agreements to which a Seller and/or a Duke Credit Support Provider is a party, in each case that relate to such Transaction.
Trading Contracts means any sales or purchase agreement, forward or futures agreement, contract for differences, swap, option agreement or other standard or non-standard trading agreement relating to the buying or selling of electricity, electricity capacity, gas, gas storage, gas capacity, oil, coal, Renewable Obligation certificates, whether physical or financial, and whether within the wholesale, Industrial & Commercial, or Small and Medium Enterprises markets and any such agreements or contracts relating to emission allowances under the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme or the equivalent under other local, national or supra-national schemes which seek to reduce, allocate or manage the levels of X00, XX0, NOX, heavy metals or other pollutants or emissions using a market-based mechanism;
Trading Contracts has the meaning set forth in Schedule F.
Trading Contracts means the agreements identified as such on ----------------- Part A of the Disclosure Letter.

Related to Trading Contracts

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Existing Contract means a contract that was made before the operative date;

  • IT Contracts means the contracts (whether or not in writing and including those currently being negotiated) under which any third party provides or will provide any element of, or services relating to, the IT Assets, including leasing, hire purchase, licensing, maintenance, website hosting, outsourcing, security, back-up, disaster recovery, insurance, cloud computing and other types of services agreements.

Firms providing Professional Services under Continuing Contracts shall not be required to bid against one another.

  • Company Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).

  • Specified Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Trading Compliance Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.

  • Cap Contracts means (i) the Cap Contract between the Trustee and the counterparty named thereunder, for the benefit of the Holders of the Class A-1 Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class B Certificates (the "Group I Cap Contract") and (ii) the Cap Contract between the Trustee and the counterparty thereunder, for the benefit of the Class A-2 Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class B Certificates (the "Group II Cap Contract").

  • Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.

  • Affiliate Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(b).
