Trading Service. : shall mean all the activities and services in order to allow the Client to trade financial instruments in the Markets, through the entry, the cancellation and the modifications of the orders, the conclusion of the relevant transactions, their remittance, where applicable, to the daily trade-checking service, the receipt of the transactions executed and of the Markets Data.

  • We have no obligation to accept, or to subsequently execute or cancel, all or any part of a Transaction that you seek to execute or cancel through an Electronic Trading Service.

  • The Client accepts and understands that the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate or limit his access to the Online Trading System and/or Mobile Trading Service or part of if the Company suspects that he allowed such use of Online Trading System.

Related to Trading Service

  • Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.

  • Trading Session means a trading session on a day which the applicable Stock Exchange is open for trading;
