The Client agrees that trading operations using additional functions of the Client Trading Terminal such as Trailing Stop and/or Expert Advisor are executed completely under the Client’s responsibility, as they depend directly on his trading terminal and the Company bears no responsibility whatsoever.
The Client has the right to change the passwords (access codes) in the Personal Account and the Trading Terminal at any time.
In addition, if the Client does not provide the requested documents, the Company has the right to block the Client’s access to the Trading Terminal until the identification process has been completed.
The Client will not use the technical features of the quote-feed updating system in the Trading Terminal, and will not use any software errors, defects, and/or vulnerabilities discovered in the Trading Terminal to extract income, or distribute information on such vulnerabilities to third parties.
If the Company blocks the Client’s access to the Trading Terminal, the Client is obliged to take all necessary and reasonable steps to remedy the reasons for blocking access to the Trading Terminal.
