Traffic lane or "lane" means that portion of a roadway designed or designated to accommodate the
Trafficking means offering, attempting to engage, or
Sex trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act.
National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);
InterMTA Traffic means traffic to or from WSP’s network that originates in one MTA and terminates in another MTA (as determined by the geographic location of the cell site to which the mobile End User is connected).
Human trafficking means a scheme or plan to which all of the following apply:
Terrorist Act means an act including but not limited to the use or threatened use of force or violence against person or property, or commission of an act dangerous to human life or property, or commission of an act that interferes with or disrupts an electronic or communication system, undertaken by any person or group, whether or not acting on behalf of or in connection with any organization, government, power, authority or military force, when the effect is to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population or any segment thereof, or to disrupt any segment of the economy.
ITAR means the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R. §§ 120-130, as amended.
Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.
Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.
air traffic means all aircraft in flight or operating on the manoeuvring area of an aerodrome;
Traffic means any persons or goods that are transported by air.
Wildlife law means any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, or administrative rule developed and enacted to manage wildlife resources and the use thereof.
Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
Local Traffic for the purposes of this Agreement the Parties shall agree that “Local Traffic” means traffic (excluding Commercial Mobile Radio Service “CMRS” traffic) that is originated and terminated within Embarq’s local calling area, or mandatory extended area service (EAS) area, as defined by the Commission or, if not defined by the Commission, then as defined in existing Embarq Tariffs. For this purpose, Local Traffic does not include any ISP-Bound Traffic.
Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.
Anticorruption Laws means the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended and any other anticorruption or anti-bribery Applicable Law applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws means those laws, executive orders, enabling legislation or regulations administered and enforced by the United States pursuant to which economic sanctions have been imposed on any Person, entity, organization, country or regime, including the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Iran Sanctions Act, the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act and any other OFAC Sanctions Program.
Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
Traffic control signal means a device, whether manually, electrically, or mechanically operated, by which traffic is alternately directed to stop and permitted to proceed.
Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;
Sanctions and Export Control Laws means any applicable Law related to (a) import and export controls, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, (b) economic sanctions, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of State, the European Union, any European Union Member State, the United Nations, and Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom or (c) anti-boycott measures.
Serious traffic violation means a conviction when operating a commercial motor vehicle of:
Data Protection Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 20161 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.
Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
