Traffic Type definition
Traffic Type is the characterization of intraLATA traffic as "local" (local includes EAS), or "toll" which shall be the same as the characterization established by the appropriate state commission for the incumbent LEC.
Traffic Type is the characterization of traffic as “local” (local includes EAS), “toll” traffic outside of the incumbent local exchange carrier’s Local Calling Area established by the applicable tariffs, or Transit Traffic as defined below.
