Trailing Six-Week Volume definition

Trailing Six-Week Volume means the reported volume of trading in such securities on all national securities exchanges (or, in the case of reported volume of trading in such securities reported through the automated quotation system of a registered securities association, one-half (½) of the amount so reported) during the six weeks immediately preceding the date of determination.
