Trailing Twelve Months EBITDA definition
Trailing Twelve Months EBITDA means for any Person, for the immediately preceding twelve-month period on such date, Net Income of such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such twelve-month period, plus (a) all deferred income tax expense of such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such twelve-month period, (b) all depreciation expense of such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such twelve-month period, and (c) all amortization expense of such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such twelve-month period, less capital expenditures of such Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such twelve-month period.
Trailing Twelve Months EBITDA means shall mean the Company’s net income/loss as reflected in the Company’s financial statements, less interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization over such period, as measured over the twelve calendar months most recently fully completed.
