Train Plan definition

Train Plan means the plan and/or diagram of the Franchisee for the operation of trains and train formations under the Timetable set out in the document in the agreed terms marked TP and any other Train Plan developed in accordance with Schedule 1.1 (Service Development) except that when used in Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks), it shall have the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.18 of Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks);
Train Plan or “TP” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 10 of Part 2 (Service Development) of Schedule 1.1 (Services and Service Development);
Train Plan means the plan and/or diagram of the Franchise Operator for the operation of trains and train formations under the Timetable, to the extent (if any) such plan and/or diagram relates to capacity which is required to be included in such plan and/or diagram pursuant to Clause 5.1 of this Franchise Agreement, each such plan or diagram to be in the form (if any) specified by the Authority from time to time and in any event to comply with the requirements of Clause 5.2.

Examples of Train Plan in a sentence

  • The Franchisee shall notify the Secretary of State as soon as reasonably practicable if it has on any day of the Franchise Term failed to operate to a material extent each of its Passenger Services as are set out in the Plan of the Day for that day and with at least the Passenger Carrying Capacity specified in the Train Plan for that Passenger Service.

  • On and from the time that the Ad Hoc Train Service is scheduled in the Daily Train Plan, the terms and conditions of this Deed apply to the Ad Hoc Train Service as if the Ad Hoc Train Service is a Train Service for the Train Service Type which the Operator is entitled to operate under this Deed.

  • The Franchisee shall submit its final Train Plan to the Secretary of State prior to the commencement of the Timetable to which it relates.

  • The Franchisee agrees that the Secretary of State may stipulate any reasonable procedural arrangements and timescales that are to be followed by the Secretary of State and the Franchisee for these purposes (which shall be consistent with any relevant standard railway industry processes for the development of the Timetable and the resultant Train Plan) and that the Secretary of State may amend any such stipulation from time to time.


More Definitions of Train Plan

Train Plan means the train plan to be produced by RfL for the Crossrail Services (and for driver training) for a Contract Year (or part thereof) in accordance with clauses 26.1(a) and (b) specifying the Diagrams that RfL/CTOC intends to operate during the term of that train plan and, for a particular day, shall mean such train plan as may be revised (and not necessarily remaining within the Train Plan Parameters) and issued by RfL by 22:00 on the previous day in accordance with clauses 26.1(c) and (d);
Train Plan means the train plan attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 2;
Train Plan has the meaning given to it in the TSA;

Related to Train Plan

  • Basin plan means the same as “water quality control plan” as defined in Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000) of the Water Code. Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives. Copies are available from the Regional Water Boards, electronically at each Regional Water Boards website, or at the State Water Board’s Plans and Policies web page (http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/plans_policies/).

  • BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • flight plan means specified information provided to air traffic services units, relative to an intended flight or portion of a flight of an aircraft;

  • Company Plan means all Plans of which the Company or an ERISA Affiliate of the Company is or was a Plan Sponsor, or to which the Company or an ERISA Affiliate of the Company otherwise contributes or has contributed, or in which the Company or an ERISA Affiliate of the Company otherwise participates or has participated. All references to Plans are to Company Plans unless the context requires otherwise.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.

  • Plan means any employee pension benefit plan (other than a Multiemployer Plan) subject to the provisions of Title IV of ERISA or Section 412 of the Code or Section 302 of ERISA, and in respect of which the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate is (or, if such plan were terminated, would under Section 4069 of ERISA be deemed to be) an “employer” as defined in Section 3(5) of ERISA.

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—

  • Closure plan means the plan for closure prepared in accordance with the requirements of § 265.112.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Company Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

  • Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.

  • Parent Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(b).

  • Statutory Plan means a plan required in terms of any legislation, including but not limited to, any structure plan, land use plan, zoning scheme, integrated development plan, water services plan, skills development plan and employment equity plan;

  • HACCP plan means a written document that delineates the formal procedures for following the hazard analysis and critical control point principles developed by the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.

  • Former Plan means any employee benefit plan in respect of which the Customer or a Subsidiary has engaged in a transaction described in Section 4069 or Section 4212(c) of ERISA.

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

  • Acid Rain Program means the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides air pollution control program established pursuant to Title IV of the Act under 40 CFR Parts 72-78.
