Train Schedule definition

Train Schedule means the train diagrams, yard schedules, terminal schedules and any other form of train timetable prepared by QR Network prior to the day of operation in accordance with the Interface Coordination Plan showing the programmed times of arrival or departure for Train Movements at specified locations on the Infrastructure;
Train Schedule means the train diagrams, yard schedules, terminal schedules and any other form of train timetable prepared by Aurizon Network before the day of operation in accordance with the Network Management Principles showing the programmed times of arrival or departure for Train Movements at specified locations on the Infrastructure. Train Service for a Train Service Type means the running, by the Operator, of a Train in one direction from the Origin to the Destination, or from the Destination to the Origin, for that Train Service Type (including any Stowage) in accordance with the Train Service Description for that Train Service Type. Train Service Commitment Date for a Train Service Type means the date specified as such in the Train Service Description for that Train Service Type.
Train Schedule means the train diagrams, yard schedules, terminal schedules and any other form of train timetable prepared by Aurizon Network before the day of operation in accordance with the Network Management Principles showing the programmed times of arrival or departure for Train Movements at specified locations on the Infrastructure. Train Service for a Train Service Type means the running, by the Operator, of a Train in one direction from the Origin to the Destination, or from the Destination Train Service Commitment Date for a Train Service Type means the date specified as such in the Train Service Description for that Train Service Type.

Examples of Train Schedule in a sentence

  • At each intermodal terminal where APL tenders volumes to UP, UP shall furnish APL with a sufficient number of Stack Cars to transport loaded and empty Containers tendered by APL on any given day for movement under the applicable Train Schedule, provided that APL shall provide verbal advance notice of its estimated Stack Car needs to UP as provided in Section 6.A.2. below.

  • It is understood that the Train Schedule is a guideline for the entire stage rehearsal including break times but may be subject to change.

  • The Operator must only operate Train Services in accordance with the applicable Scheduled Times and the relevant Train Schedule unless: the Operator is expressly permitted or required to do otherwise in accordance with this agreement, the Operating Requirements Manual, the Network Management Principles or a Network Control Direction; or the Parties agree otherwise.

  • In exercising Network Control, Queensland Rail may, subject to the Network Management Principles: delay, alter, add, cancel, re-route or re-schedule a Train Service; and alter the Scheduled Times for Train Services in the Train Schedule.

  • This includes the following: lack of Chassis, a late ship, a lack of proper and/or complete documentation, a failure to tender a Container in advance of the scheduled "cut-off " time as set forth in the Train Schedule or adjusted gate cutoff times made at APL's request with UP's consent.

  • If UP believes that an event has happened which was within APL's control and that event prevented UP from meeting a Train Schedule, the parties will confer in good faith to determine if the Service Performance Standards should apply to the affected Containers.

  • The Service Performance Standards shall not apply to any loaded Container where the actions of APL, a Participant or their agents, or a Force Majeure condition prevent UP from meeting a Train Schedule.
