Trained Engineer definition

Trained Engineer means an Assistant Engineer (Trainee) who after a course of successful training under the Company is declared fit for appointment as an Assistant Engineer under the Company.
Trained Engineer means a Trainee Engineer who after a course of successful training under the Board is declared fit for appointment as an Assistant Engineer under the Board.

  • Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);

  • Onsite means within the Prescribed Premises boundary.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • City Engineer s Representative” shall mean an assistant of the City Engineer i.e. rank of Executive Engineer who will be called as Engineer-in-charge of work notified in writing to the Contractor by the City Engineer.

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.
