Training activities definition
Training activities refers to the activity of training, organised by the recipient, in a specified location, within a specified period.
Training activities means official drills, exercises, live missions, or other such activities that provide instruction to search and rescue personnel, that are conducted at any time of the day, including, without limitation, overnight or over several days and nights.
Training activities means the training activities described in Attachment C (Training Activities).

During the term of this Agreement, both parties will maintain adequate general liability and automobile insurance to protect against losses and risks arising out of or related to the Training activities under this Agreement.
