Training Content definition

Training Content means digital courseware, training modules, testing and training templates, games, posters, artwork, videos, newsletters, security documents, or other content and materials provided by KnowBe4 and/or its third party licensors (as defined below).
Training Content means the digitised training content, whether in collated and downloadable format, made available on the App which content includes but is not limited to, the course material for first-aid level 1 training as well as the assessments related thereto;
Training Content means OSG’s training materials which it shall make available to Licensee from time to time, which may include, without limitation, all manuals, textbooks, tests, quizzes, interactive exercises, checklists, lectures, video and recordings, broadcasts and webcasts, performances, and all other training materials and content, regardless of format and whether or not fixed on any media or broadcast. For clarity, Training Content expressly excludes third party materials not produced by OSG.

Examples of Training Content in a sentence

  • Professional Services may include, but are not limited to, the request for KnowBe4 to implement and operate the Subscription Services on behalf of Customer (“Managed Services”), additional maintenance and support (as opposed to the standard Support Services already included), customization and branding of any Training Content, and any additional consultancy or professional services.

  • In the event Customer uses its own or a third party’s LMS for hosting Training Content or other such content provided by KnowBe4 or TPPs, Customer will ensure strict compliance in accordance with this Agreement and will ensure an agreement is in place with any such third party that contains substantially the same level of protection for the Training Content and other such content as contained herein.

  • After the termination or expiration of the applicable Term (as defined below), Customer will ensure all Training Content and other such content is removed from its own, or the third party’s, possession.

  • If Software and/or Training Content downloads are enabled in the applicable Subscription Services, Customer will have the license right to download, install, use, execute, and display the Software and Training Content in accordance with this Agreement, the Documentation, and Section 4.3 (“Use of Customer or Third Party LMS”).

  • If the Quote includes Axon Online Training or Virtual Reality Content Empathy Development for Autism/Schizophrenia (collectively, "Training Content"), Agency may access Training Content.

Training Content means any Information or material used to create, develop, train, validate, test, or improve any AI Model or AI System.

Related to Training Content

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.

  • Customer Content means custom code, text, images, audio, video, data, media content, features, databases, information, programs, files and other content created, generated, uploaded, stored, transmitted or otherwise used by the Customer or an End User in or through the Customer Applications or in connection with the Services.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Users means those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with the Master Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Cloud Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of the Master Agreement and Your order.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Client Content means any data, information, trade-marks, logos, files, images, text or other content that may be provided by Client or its authorized users for use in conjunction with the Software or Services.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
