Tranche A Outstanding Amount definition

Tranche A Outstanding Amount as defined in Section 2.1.4(d).
Tranche A Outstanding Amount means the aggregate amount of all Tranche A Loans less an amount equal to the First Tranche A Repayment Amount.
Tranche A Outstanding Amount means, on any date, the sum of (a) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Tranche A Loans plus (b) the Dollar Equivalent of the Stated Amount of all outstanding Tranche A Letters of Credit as of such date.

  • The sum of the Tranche A Outstanding Amount plus the Tranche B Outstanding Amount.
