Examples of Tranche B Fees in a sentence
All amounts due to the Finnvera Facility B Agent, the Security Agent and the Tranche B Lenders pursuant hereto shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the date of their disbursement or undertaking or, in the case of the Commitment Fee, the Finnvera Handling Fee (if any) and the Tranche B Fees, from the date on which they become due and payable, until the Borrower has repaid same in full, with interest on unpaid interest at the Default Rate.
All payments, repayments, prepayments or Mandatory Repayments, as the case may be, of principal and interest under the Tranche B Loan, all other amounts owed under this Agreement and, except as otherwise indicated in the Fee Letter and the Commitment Fee Letter as being payable in US Dollars or Euros, all Tranche B Fees, shall be made in Canadian Dollars alone.
The Tranche B Fees shall be due and payable on each date that a Tranche B Loan is made.
To the Tranche B Lender to the extent of the aggregate of all Tranche B Fees and Costs of Collection incurred by the Tranche B Lender, other than the Tranche B Early Termination Fee.
