Examples of Tranche C-3 Lender in a sentence

  • Interest accrued pursuant to this paragraph shall be for the account of the applicable Issuing Bank, except that interest accrued on and after the date of payment by any Revolving Facility Lender pursuant to paragraph (e) (ii) of this Section or from the Tranche C-3 Credit-Linked Deposit of any Tranche C-3 Lender pursuant to paragraph (e)(iii) of this Section to reimburse such Issuing Bank shall be for the account of such Revolving Facility Lender or Tranche C-3 Lender to the extent of such payment.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, each Tranche C-3 Lender irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent to apply amounts of its Tranche C-3 Credit-Linked Deposit as provided in this subparagraph (ii).
