Trans Mountain definition

Trans Mountain means Trans Mountain Pipeline ULC.
Trans Mountain means collectively Trans Mountain Pipeline ULC and Trans Mountain Pipeline L.P. Trans Mountain owns assets which are used for the purpose of Transportation Services, Merchant Lease and other non-rate regulated business.

  • The Easement Rights and all rights, obligations, restrictions, terms and conditions set forth in this Schedule shall extend to, be binding upon, and enure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Owner and Trans Mountain, respectively.
