Transaction Area definition

Transaction Area means the area specifically delineated on the map attached hereto as Schedule TA.
Transaction Area means the area encompassing a Selling Counter, the area behind such Selling Counter, and any area within Retailer’s store that is within the Line of Sight of store personnel at such Selling Counter.

The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Failed Transactions is the set of all requests within Total Transaction Attempts that do not return a Success Code within 30 seconds from Microsoft’s receipt of the request.
