Transaction Evidence definition

Transaction Evidence means transaction slip, statement for payment of goods/service, fund transfer statement and any other evidence generated by computer or any other data storage media, or designated as such by the Bank of Thailand in the future.
Transaction Evidence means an evidential document such as transaction record, invoice for goods/services, funds transfer advice, statement and any other evidence generated by computer and any other data storage media, or any other evidence to be determined by National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) in the future.
Transaction Evidence means such evidence as OOLLET reasonably requires in accordance with Applicable Law, which shall include but not limited to the description of goods and/or services, quantity, currency and transaction amount;

  • If Bank does not receive the Transaction Evidence or the Unauthorized Payment is a result of Merchant’s willful default or negligence, then Merchant will immediately pay to Bank an amount equal to the sum that Bank settled to Merchant's designated bank account maintained with the Bank regarding the Transaction in question.

More Definitions of Transaction Evidence

Transaction Evidence means such evidence as Tenpay reasonably requires in accordance with applicable law. In principle, the transaction evidence for provision of goods shall include the name of the goods involved, quantity, currencies, price, the identity and nationalities of the seller and buyer, time of orders, and so on. The transaction evidence for provision of services shall, in principle, include the types of services, the detailed transaction information (such as the flight number and time for air tickets booking, the name of hotels and time of stay for hotel booking, admission letters for education services, and so on), quantity, currencies, price, identities of the parties for the transactions involved and their addresses, time of orders, and so on.
