Examples of Transaction Services Agreements in a sentence

  • The specific products and services to be provided to the Company by IMS HEALTH include transaction processing for billings and collections, payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger, as defined in the Shared Transaction Services Agreements; and certain administrative services for tax, treasury, and compensation and benefits (including stock option administration), as defined in the Corporate Services Agreement.
