Transfer and Acceptance Act definition

Transfer and Acceptance Act means the act on transfer and acceptance of the Shares with signatures of the Parties certified by a notary, substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex [ ].
Transfer and Acceptance Act means a document drafted by the Parties under Clause 2.1 of the Agreement confirming proper performance by the Landlord of its obligation to transfer the Premises to the Tenant.

Examples of Transfer and Acceptance Act in a sentence

  • The furniture and other assets in the dormitory room shall be transferred to Resident under the Transfer and Acceptance Act which is integral part of the present Contract.

  • The Lessor shall: a) provide the Lessee a vehicle in good technical condition under the Transfer and Acceptance Act.
