Transfer Payment Agency definition
Transfer Payment Agency and “TPA” means a community health centre, a hospital or other primary health care entity that has entered into an agreement with the Ministry pursuant to the Ontario Midwifery Program, and includes the Transfer Payment Agency named in this Agreement.
