Transfer piping definition
Transfer piping means a system of permanent and temporary piping used for transferring hazardous fluids between any of the following: Liquefaction process facilities, storage tanks, vaporiz- ers, compressors, cargo transfer systems, and facilities other than pipeline facilities.
