Transferability Restrictions definition

Transferability Restrictions means the restrictions on transferability imposed on Awards of Restricted Shares or Restricted Share Units.
Transferability Restrictions means the restrictions on transferability and any other restrictions or forfeiture provisions imposed on Awards of Restricted Shares or Restricted Share Units pursuant to Section 9(b) and Section 10(b) of the Plan.
