Transferor Companies means collectively the Transferor Company 1 and Transferor Company 2;

Transferor Companies means Marpol Private Limited and Perma Construction Aids Private

Examples of Transferor Companies in a sentence

• Upon the Scheme becoming effective, the same shall be binding on the Transferor Companies and the Transferee Company and all concerned parties without any further act, deed, matter or thing.
