Transferring Staff definition

Transferring Staff means such employees of the Current Recipient(s) (and its Sub-Contractors) as are assigned (for the purposes of TUPE) to the Services; and
Transferring Staff means such employees as are named in an Appendix to the Contract.
Transferring Staff means any members of the Trust’s staff, the Authority Staff or Replacement Service Provider’s Staff employed in the delivery of Services described in this Agreement whose contract of employment transfers to a different employer as a result of the operation of TUPE.

Examples of Transferring Staff in a sentence

  • The Service Provider will provide the Transferring Staff with access to a pension scheme in accordance with the Pensions Xxx 0000 and the Transfer of Employment (Pension Protection) Regulations 2005 with effect from the Services Commencement Date.

  • The Authority shall indemnify DBFM Co against any costs referred to in Clause 25.2.3 reasonably incurred by DBFM Co (or by a relevant Service Provider and for which DBFM Co is responsible) and shall reimburse any costs reasonably and properly incurred by DBFM Co or the Service Provider in employing any Transferring Staff prior to the expiry of the period referred to in Clause 25.2.2.

  • The Transferring Staff Employee shall select an agent subject to ALPA’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • In the event the sales price exceeds the GPP, the Transferring Staff Employee will receive the sales prices less costs paid by ALPA as described in F.3., but in no event shall this be less than the GPP.

  • Prior to disbursement of any funds, the Transferring Staff Employee would be responsible for any required repairs.

  • The Transferring Staff Employee shall be provided with copies of the appraisals.

  • The Transferring Staff Employee may submit to the Third Party Relocation Service for consideration the names of certified licensed appraisers for inclusion on such list.


More Definitions of Transferring Staff

Transferring Staff shall have the meaning ascribed to it in section 18.2 of Part A (Main) of the Supplier Terms;
Transferring Staff means the staff referred to in clause 4 and detailed in Appendix 6 which for the avoidance of doubt shall be the staff that are directly involved in the delivery of the previous Wits service and shall specifically exclude any individual interpreter and or translator that GP engaged to provide such services to the Members prior to the Commencement Date.

Related to Transferring Staff

  • Transferring applicant means a person transferring from another health insurer.

  • Third Party Purchaser means any Person who, immediately prior to the contemplated transaction, (a) does not directly or indirectly own or have the right to acquire any outstanding Common Shares or (b) is not a Permitted Transferee of any Person who directly or indirectly owns or has the right to acquire any Common Shares.

  • Transferring Supplier Employees means those employees of the Supplier and/or the Supplier’s Sub-Contractors to whom the Employment Regulations will apply on the Service Transfer Date.
