Transferring Staff definition

Transferring Staff means such employees as are named in an Appendix to the Contract.
Transferring Staff means such employees of the Current Recipient(s) (and its Sub-Contractors) as are assigned (for the purposes of TUPE) to the Services; and
Transferring Staff means any members of the Trust’s staff, the Authority Staff or Replacement Service Provider’s Staff employed in the delivery of Services described in this Agreement whose contract of employment transfers to a different employer as a result of the operation of TUPE.

Examples of Transferring Staff in a sentence

  • The Service Provider will provide the Transferring Staff with access to a pension scheme in accordance with the Pensions Act 2004 and the Transfer of Employment (Pension Protection) Regulations 2005 with effect from the Services Commencement Date.

  • The Service Provider warrants and undertakes to the Authority that all information given to the Authority regarding the Transferring Staff and any measures it proposes to take in relation to them is and will be full and accurate in all respects.


More Definitions of Transferring Staff

Transferring Staff means the staff referred to in clause 4 and detailed in Appendix 6 which for the avoidance of doubt shall be the staff that are directly involved in the delivery of the previous Wits service and shall specifically exclude any individual interpreter and or translator that GP engaged to provide such services to the Members prior to the Commencement Date.
