Transfers and Exchanges. A Certificated Note may be presented for transfer or exchange at the principal corporate trust office of the Trustee. Certificated Notes will be exchangeable for other Certificated Notes having identical terms but different authorized denominations without service charge. Certificated Notes will not be exchangeable for Book-Entry Notes.
