Transit Charge definition

Transit Charge means a Charge for the supply of Transit Interconnected Calls;
Transit Charge the conveyance charge paid by the Donor Operator to the Transit Operator in accordance with the Transit Operator Carrier Price List, which if the Donor Operator is CP A will be the amount set out in the invoice received by CP A from the Transit Operator and if the Donor Operator is CP B, will be the amount set out in the invoice received by CP B from the Transit Operator;

Examples of Transit Charge in a sentence

  • BellSouth shall not deliver traffic to Carrier which is destined for the network of a Nonparty Carrier, and thus none of the Intermediary Traffic delivered to Carrier by BellSouth shall be subject to the Transit Charge or Intermediary Charges.

  • If Intermediary Traffic originated by Carrier is delivered by BellSouth for termination to the network of a nonparty telecommunications carrier (“Nonparty Carrier”), then BellSouth will xxxx Xxxxxxx and Carrier shall pay a $.002 per minute charge ("Transit Charge") for such Intermediary Traffic unless such lower charge is ordered by the state, in addition to any charges that BellSouth may be obligated to pay to the Nonparty Carrier (collectively called “Intermediary Charges”).

  • Land Transit Charge:A Land Transit Charge of $54.00 per container shall be assessed on all loaded containers received from an inland carrier and placed in transit sheds, storage areas, shipside or on the apron, when such loaded containers are not shipped by water directly to or from a Facility.

  • In the event any Annual Benchmark Date Average is equal to or greater than 22.5 kbps, subject to the provisions of Section 2.2(d)(v) below, the monthly Transit Surcharge for the subsequent twelve (12) month period during the Term shall be the Base Transit Charge as increased by $.055 per Service Subscriber for each kbps that the Benchmark Date Average exceeds 21.5 kbps.

  • The Tandem Transit Charge as described in Appendix B IV.a, is applicable for all traffic routed to the RGTC Blue River Tandem switch which terminates to a third party network End Office Switch as identified in Appendix E.

  • Telecommunications Traffic to the other for transiting to a third party carrier (Intermediary Traffic), the originating Party will pay the intermediary Party an Intermediary Transit Charge as agreed in Appendix C per minute of use for tandem switching and transport.

  • It is submitted that above mentioned submissions are without prejudice to our contentions as contained in the proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court on the Transit Charge matter.

  • CHARTER shall have no responsibility whatsoever for the Tandem Transit Charge or other RGTC charges applicable to Local Traffic, ISP Bound Traffic or Tandem Transit Traffic originated by a third party and routed to the RGTC Blue River Tandem Switch, which terminates to CHARTER.

Related to Transit Charge
