Transit Fleet definition

Transit Fleet means a transit agency's urban buses and transit fleet vehicles, excluding emergency contingency vehicles and low usage vehicles. (12) "Transit Fleet Vehicle" means an on-road vehicle greater than 8,500 pounds gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) powered by a heavy-duty engine fueled by diesel or alternative fuel, owned or operated by a transit agency, and which is not an urban bus.

  • The Manager of Transit Fleet Maintenance, based on the requirements and guidelines of the Apprenticeship Program, will have sole discretion to decide if progress and performance are adequate to continue in the Apprenticeship Program.

  • If award is made, the City of Fargo Public Works Fleet Services Manager or the Transit Fleet and Facilities Manager will document the file to explain the need for an award and will give written notice of the decision to proceed with the award to the protestor and, bidders/proposers who responded to the solicitation and are in line for the award of a contract by COB AT 4:30 CT Five (5) business days after the award.

  • The Parties recognize the following Sections for the purposes of this clause: Water/Wastewater, Roads, Winter Control, Fleet, Transit Fleet, Parks, and Environmental Services.

Related to Transit Fleet

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.

"Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
