TRANSITION AND STABILIZATION PHASES definition
TRANSITION AND STABILIZATION PHASES has the meaning set out in Section 1.3.
TRANSITION AND STABILIZATION PHASES means the transition and stabilization phases of the Services, commencing as of the Commencement Date and expiring 12:00:01 a.m., Israel time, ten (10) months following the Commencement Date, as specified in Section 12 (TRANSITION AND STABILIZATION PHASES), unless expressly extended in writing by Customer.

Customer will comply with the Customer obligations stated in this Agreement, as well as the payment obligations specified in Exhibit E - [Pricing and Pricing Principles] and the transition obligations specified in the Transition Plan referenced in Section 12 (TRANSITION AND STABILIZATION PHASES), and will perform and observe the Customer responsibilities outlined in all Exhibits and attachments.
