Transition Products means (i) all Products in Seller's inventory as of the Closing Date and (ii) all such Products manufactured by or for Buyer in accordance herewith and sold by Buyer under a Transition Xxxx; and (B) "Transition Marks" means all Marks used by Seller prior to the Closing Date in connection with the marketing, sale, promotion and packaging of the Transition Products.

Transition Products means Disposable Products manufactured by Xxxxxxx during the Transition Period. • During the Transition Period, Xxxxxxx shall have the right to develop, make, use and sell Transition Products.
