Transition Products definition

Transition Products means all products sold, offered for sale, or provided by Company prior to the

Transition Products means Strawberry Concentrate and Strawberry Ester.
Transition Products means all Indicative Transition Products and any other products within the Field (including those similar to or evolutions of Indicative Transition Products) that, in light of their nature, temperature class and trade channel, are more closely related to Indicative Transition Products than Indicative No Use Products, Indicative Type 1 Products (other than Indicative Transition Products) or Indicative Type 2 Products.
