Transition Support definition

Transition Support means planning and other efforts to support a child entering into or exiting from a placement in a Host Home.
Transition Support has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Transition Support means that Seller will at no cost to Buyer, promptly provide reasonable information and documentation, excluding trade secrets and Seller’s Intellectual Property (unless licensed pursuant to the Contract); continue to fill Buyer’s reasonable requirements; and use best efforts to provide special overtime production, storage and/or management of extra inventory of Product, extraordinary packaging and transportation and other special services as expressly requested by Xxxxx in writing. Buyer will pay the reasonable, actual cost of the assistance under, subject to reasonable documentation, and (B) if the Parties disagree on the cost of Transition Support, Buyer will pay the agreed portion to Seller without prejudice to Seller’s right to seek to recover any disputed amounts.

Examples of Transition Support in a sentence

  • If resource of the goods or services occurs for reasons other than Seller’s termination or breach, Buyer will, at the end of the transition period, pay the reasonable, actual cost of Transition Support as requested and incurred, provided that, upon request, Seller has advised Buyer prior to incurring such amounts of its estimate of such costs.

  • If the parties disagree on the cost of Transition Support, Xxxxx will pay the agreed portion to Seller and pay the disputed portion into third-party escrow for disbursement after the dispute has been resolved.

Transition Support. Access to a bespoke online transition courses developed to help boost confidence when starting at the University;
Transition Support. The Contractor shall provide out- going transition support. The transition period serves to ensure a positive and orderly transfer of operation responsibility with no loss of critical mission support. The transition period also serves to minimize any confusion, disruption, or other adverse impacts to production processes. Seller and Buyer may agree that Transition Support includes other services; provided, however, that Transition Support will not include repair or service of products.

Transition Support shall consist of the provision of Core Services, Other Services and Enhancements in accordance with this Agreement.
Transition Support. The Progsit Team previously assisted in the transitioning of the Fox NBC projects to Armament SEC ownership and was responsible for providing its complete Post- Production Software Support (PPSS). Field Support: The Progsit Team is ready to support fielding by leveraging experience gained under current and previous efforts in supporting software and hardware releases through CM baselines, conducting on-site field visits, firing tests, and training. CMMI Support – Served a PAL, CMDR original development team. Provide organizational CMMI support as PEG and CMLSM IPT members. Our team serves as organizational CM and Measurement representatives. We have experience creating Technical Data Package (TDP), Configuration Control Board (CCB), and Engineering Change Requests (ECPs). Training – The Progsit Team develops training tools, technical manuals, and documentation used by USG civilians as part of the knowledge-based systems support and the Warfighter to operate new weapon products or IT support systems. Previously created interactive trainers for DEVCOM-AC projects. Conduct classroom and desktop training for Government personnel on the operation of web-based DEVCOM-AC WSEC support systems.
