Transitional Employer definition

Transitional Employer means an organization, either for-profit or non-profit, that provides transitional job opportunities for transitional employees (belonging to the hardest to employ population) and that has been certified by the DAA as a local transitional employer under these Rules and Procedures.
Transitional Employer means an organization, for profit or non-profit, that provides transitional jobs for the long-term unemployed, and that has been certified by the DAA as a local transitional employer under these Rules and Procedures.
Transitional Employer means a Person (as defined in Section 10.25.1(n)) that provides transitional job opportunities for Transitional Employees (as defined above) and that has been certified by the DAA as a Local Transitional Employer under these Rules and Procedures.

  • Matching Employer Contributions as described in Section 4.1 (and in any Instrument of Adoption), Qualified Nonelective Contributions as described in Section 4.4, Nonelective Employer Contributions as described in Section 4.6, Transitional Employer Contributions as described in Section 4.8 or FSP Contributions and FSP Plus Contributions as described in Section 4.13.

  • The amounts allocated from the Suspense Account under this Section 16.3(1) shall be allocated as Nonelective Employer Contributions and Transitional Employer Contributions, as applicable, under Article IV, and the obligations of the Employers to make such contributions under Article IV shall be reduced accordingly.

More Definitions of Transitional Employer
