Transitional Funding Instrument Interest definition

Transitional Funding Instrument Interest means, for any period, the portion of Interest Expense for such period that was payable in respect of Transitional Funding Instruments.
Transitional Funding Instrument Interest means, for any Borrower for any period, the portion of such Borrower’s Interest Expense for such period which was payable in respect of Transitional Funding Instruments.

Related to Transitional Funding Instrument Interest

  • Additional Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03 hereof.

  • Investment interest means investment interest as defined in section 163(d)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule F that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the LHIN to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in Schedule A;

  • Funding Agreement means the agreement made under section 1 of the Academies Act 2010 between the Academy Trust and the Secretary of State to establish the Academy;

  • Mortgage Interest Rate The annual rate of interest borne on a Mortgage Note.
