Transmission Function Employee means an employee, contractor, consultant or agent of Otter Tail who actively and personally engages on a day-to-day basis in the Transmission Function, including: Manager, System Operations; Supervisor, Power System Operations; Power System Operator; Operations Coordinator; Supervisor, System Operations Support; Principal Engineer Operations; and Operations Engineer.
Transmission Function Employee means an employee, contractor, consultant or agent of a transmission provider who actively and personally engages on a day-to- day basis in transmission functions, including certain employees of Seminole’s Operations and Transmission & Engineering divisions.
