Transport Provider definition

Transport Provider means the provider of milk transport from the farm to the place of processing as nominated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Unilateral Prospective Stepdown is a unilateral variation of the milk supply agreement by Beston that reduces a minimum price for the milk supplied under the agreement after the variation occurs.   • Milk with a temperature of greater than 5°C will not be collected at any time without a prior risk assessment being completed by the designated Transport Provider.

  • The Transport Provider shall submit bills of actual work done for payment purposes.

  • If however, the investigation reveals the connivance of the Transport Provider in the malpractice, this Agreement shall stand terminated.

  • It is expressly agreed by the Transport Provider that the quality of the Services as per the specified parameters is the essence of this Agreement and any assessment made by the Company in this regard shall be final, acceptable to and binding upon the Transport Provider.
