Transport risk definition
Transport risk means the risk that the gas volumes made available through solidarity measures cannot be transported to the delivery point because network or contractual restrictions, due in particular to renomination, of pre-contracted capacities have come into effect at the relevant border crossing points after the solidarity offer has been made, resulting in capacity constraints.
