Transportation Period definition

Transportation Period means the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date. Unplanned Maintenance means maintenance conducted by the Transporter on the TAP Transportation System that affects the Reserved Capacity that the Transporter is able to make available to the Shipper and which:

Examples of Transportation Period in a sentence

  • The purpose of this Gas Transportation Agreement is to establish the respective rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the provision by the Transporter to the Shipper of Transportation Services during the Transportation Period.

  • During the Transportation Period, INGL shall, at its own expense, maintain, repair, renew and operate the Transmission System (or procure its maintenance, repair, renewal and operation) in accordance with the standards of a Reasonable and Prudent Operator and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
