Transportation Period definition

Transportation Period means the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date. Unplanned Maintenance means maintenance conducted by the Transporter on the TAP Transportation System that affects the Reserved Capacity that the Transporter is able to make available to the Shipper and which:
Transportation Period means period between Transportation Start Date and Transportation End Date;
Transportation Period shall be as defined in Article 6 (Term) of Appendix 1 (Commercial Terms). "

  • The purpose of this Gas Transportation Agreement is to establish the respective rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the provision by the Transporter to the Shipper of Transportation Services during the Transportation Period.

More Definitions of Transportation Period

Transportation Period means the period commencing on the start date for Gas Transmission Services set out in a Short-Term GTA and/or Long-Term GTA and ending on the date on which such Gas Transportation Date expired or terminated;
