Transportation Period definition

Transportation Period means the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date. Unplanned Maintenance means maintenance conducted by the Transporter on the TAP Transportation System that affects the Reserved Capacity that the Transporter is able to make available to the Shipper and which:
Transportation Period means period between Transportation Start Date and Transportation End Date;

  • The purpose of this Gas Transportation Agreement is to establish the respective rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the provision by the Transporter to the Shipper of Transportation Services during the Transportation Period.

  • SWISSGAS confirms its availability to perform the transportation service for the Shipper during the Transportation Period (Article 5) from the Delivery Point to the Re-Delivery Point, subject to the provisions set out here below.

More Definitions of Transportation Period

Transportation Period means the period beginning on the Start Date until the earlier of (i) the date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms; and (ii) 6:00 am on the th anniversary of the Start Date or as extended by the Parties in writing pursuant to Section 5.2.
