Transportation Resolution definition

Transportation Resolution has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.

Transportation Resolution means the Metropolitan Transportation Authority General Resolution Authorizing Transportation Revenue Obligations, adopted on March 26, 2002, including Annex A thereto (Standard Resolution Provisions), as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit H.

Examples of Transportation Resolution in a sentence

  • The Authority agrees that it will perform and comply with each and every financial covenant and agreement required to be performed or observed by it in the Resolution and the Transportation Resolution.
