As of January 1, 2014, all vehicles procured for use in this State shall be constructed with materials that enable it to meet all the criteria of the school bus seat upholstery fire block test established by the National School Transportation Specifications and Procedures adopted at the most recent National Congress on School Transportation.

If a Party is charged for any increased transportation charges, penalties, or other costs, including demurrage, attributable to the other Party’s failure to timely load or unload the Coal in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including the timing and tonnage requirements of the Transportation Specifications, and if such failure is not due to Force Majeure, such failing Party shall reimburse the other for such charges.
The Coal shall be delivered to Buyer at the Designated Delivery Point in accordance with the Transportation Specifications detailed in Schedule 2.4 (attached hereto and hereby made a part of this Agreement).
The kit shall contain at least the contents suggested by the National School Transportation Specifications and Procedures.
The work shall be in conformance with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications (Publication 408 and supplements thereto).
Such alternate source must first be allowed by ▇▇▇▇▇’s Transporter and/or transportation contracts as an approved Origin and Shipments from an alternate source shall meet all Transportation Specifications.
In addition and upon request of the original titled purchaser, the lift manufacturer or authorized representative shall provide a notarized Certificate of Conformance, either original or photocopied, which states that the lift meets all applicable requirements of the current National School Transportation Specifications and Procedures.
