Transportation Tariff definition

Transportation Tariff means the tariff payable by the Shipper to the Transporter expressed in Rand/GJ or any other currency as specified in the GTA for the transportation of Gas in terms of this Code;
Transportation Tariff or “Transportation Rate” means Transportation Rate as defined in sub-section (zn) of Section 2 read with the Section 22 of the Act;
Transportation Tariff means the tariff expressed in Rand/GJ payable for the transportation of Gas in terms of this Code as determined in accordance with Clause 10;

  • Upon execution of such new Gas Transportation Tariff this Gas Transportation Tariff shall terminate.

  • Notwithstanding the termination of Shipper’s Service Agreement, Shipper and Company shall remain liable thereafter to discharge all obligations incurred and to pay all amounts due or accruing due hereunder to the date of such termination in the manner provided herein and subject to the provisions of the Gas Transportation Tariff.

  • If any provision of this Gas Transportation Tariff shall be contrary to or prohibited by applicable law, such provision shall be severable from the remaining provisions of the Gas Transportation Tariff and shall be deemed to be deleted therefrom, and all of the provisions of this Gas Transportation Tariff which are not contrary to or prohibited by applicable law shall, notwithstanding such deletion, remain in full force and effect.

  • Gas transported by Company for Shipper under this Rate Schedule shall not be subject to curtailment or interruption except as provided in the General Terms and Conditions of this Gas Transportation Tariff.

  • This Gas Transportation Tariff shall be effective as from the date fixed by the National Energy Board.

  • For Transportation customers utilizing the Aggregation of Accounts option outlined in section E-5.3 of MGUC’s Transportation Tariff, for purposes of determining “Unauthorized Usage” during a “High Flow Constraint Period” daily meter reads will be utilized and OFO penalties will be assessed accordingly.
