Transportation Tax definition

Transportation Tax means the retail transactions and use tax created by this Ordinance.

Examples of Transportation Tax in a sentence

  • The City is exempt from payment of Federal Excise and Transportation Tax and Texas Limited Sales and Use Tax.

  • The County is exempt from Federal Transportation Tax; an exemption certificate is not required where shipping documents show Monterey County as consignee.

Related to Transportation Tax
