Trash Disposal. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept only in sanitary containers in the enclosures provided. No Tenant shall permit or cause any trash or refuse to be kept on any portion of the Project other than in the receptacles customarily used therefor, and placed or maintained as required by Landlord.

Trash Disposal. Facility The facility(s) where Trash collected under this Contract is deposited. The Trash deposited at the facility(s) must be managed in accordance with applicable Minnesota State laws and Hennepin County Ordinances, including restriction on disposal. Trash Disposal. Lessee will not permit the accumulation of waste or refuse material. Lessee shall have the responsibility of disposing of its own rubbish, trash and garbage, and shall not store or deposit them on the premises without the written consent of the Lessor.
