Travel Agreement means an agreement, in the form of an itinerary booking confirmation between the Customer and Travel Service Provider, pursuant to which the Travel Service Provider agrees, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Travel Agreement (whether expressly set out therein or incorporated by reference), to provide the Travel Services to the Customer.

Examples of Travel Agreement in a sentence

  • The supply of Travel Services provided by a Travel Service Provider are subject to the terms of the Travel Agreement entered into between the Travel Service Provider and the Customer which ATPI shall make available to the Customer.

  • Until such time as ATPI accepts the Customer's offer to purchase the Travel Services and issues the Travel Agreement, no contract has been formed between the Customer and Travel Service Provider.

  • Notwithstanding this, ATPI will use reasonable commercial efforts to search for alternatives, if required by the Customer in relation to the changed or cancelled Travel Agreement, without liability to ATPI if it is unable to do so.

  • The contents and conditions of the Travel Contract shall be as set forth in this Travel Terms Agreement, the Company's General Terms and Conditions of Travel Business, our Agency-Arranged Travel Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Company's General Terms and Conditions"), and the "My Reservation(s)" page and "My Page" on the Company's website.

  • The complete set of conditions and information stated forms an integral part of the Travel Agreement.

  • Ocean travel is reimbursable only when approved in advance on the Travel Agreement, and reimbursement shall not exceed the lowest applicable coach class airfare.
