Travel Channel definition

Travel Channel means a Channel designed, programmed (except as to Section 3.1) and operated by or for EI (except to the extent set forth in Section 2.1) for inclusion in MSN relating to travel information, travel booking and related travel information and having placement and prominence equivalent to other Channels within MSN.
Travel Channel means the assets and business known collectively as the Travel Channel and xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, including without limitation, the Equity Interests of the Travel Channel LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and Discovery Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Travel Channel means The Travel Channel, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company and a direct, wholly-owned Subsidiary of Cox TMI.
